| Leave the M25 at Junction 10 and go towards London on the A3. Take the first exit marked Cobham/Byfleet and follow signs towards Byfleet. |
| Go directly through one set of traffic lights until you come to the first roundabout (approx. 1.5 miles) and turn right (signposted Weybridge). |
| Pass Brooklands on left and after next mini-roundabout turn left into Locke King Road. Turn left immediately and follow signs to Benchmark House. |
