The Xilinx Singapore location brings together top talent in the fields of technology, R&D, supply chain management, finance, and operations management to make pioneering technology possible.

Our management team helps to drive our business forward, but all our employees contribute to supporting and developing the next generation of All Programmable technology. We are also proud of our people and their commitment to improving Singapore. Working closely with our headquarters in San Jose, California, the entire Singapore team aligns with the overall business goals of the company and works with our executive leadership to lead the company, and the region, forward.

The Asia Pacific region is vital to Xilinx’s success so it is not unusual to see our most senior executives and even our CEO, walking the hallways. Leading the way in Singapore are Vincent Tong and Jason Lai.

Vincent Tong is Executive Leader for the Asia Pacific region as well as the Senior Vice President of the Worldwide Quality and New Product Introductions organization. He is responsible for driving the business in the region and ensuring that we meet our goals, in addition to hosting Singapore’s regional meeting held once per quarter for key APAC executives. Vincent works to ensure that the strategic vision of our Singapore office is in line with the direction given by our San Jose, CA headquarters.

Jason Lai holds dual responsibility as Site Leader for Singapore and Head of Operations for the region. Jason ensures the smooth running of the site on a day-to-day basis and chairs a site leadership team comprised of representatives from each of the key functions hosted in Singapore.
