- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Management, Engineering or Operations is preferred
- APICS/ISM certification is beneficial
- 2 - 5 years’ work experience in p-card related purchasing &/or prior experience in Finance, IT
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, MS Office and general computer skills
- Experience and knowledge of Discoverer and MS Access is beneficial
- Analytic skills - Database, spreadsheet, and basic statistical analysis

Job Responsibilities:
- Budgeting, forecasting and expense management:
- Cover expenses, headcount and capital expenditures
- Understand drivers, variances and key issues
- Publish and explain monthly actual versus budget/ forecast
- Perform ROI analysis to ensure investments are wisely undertaken
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to ensure groups operate efficiently
- Manage departmental spending to ensure proper GAAP compliance
- Provide metrics and track spending and/or activities by cost category that helps management to monitor performance
- Develop access databases which make routine activities more efficient and less error-prone
- Manage Sort and Test activities which cover standard absorption, actual spending, variances, reconciliation, cost projections, management reporting, and process improvement

Job Requirements:

- Systems skills preferred include Oracle 11i, Hyperion Essbase, solid MS Excel/MS Access skills
