Giving back to our communities

Xilinx has a long and proud history of giving back to the communities in which we operate. We don’t just make amazing things possible through our technology – we take our quest to make a difference beyond the four walls of our offices and into the lives of those around us.
Through our corporate and community engagement program, we strive to help improve the quality of life within our communities through a combination of partnerships, funding and volunteerism. We drive and support initiatives around the globe covering the arts, education, health and social service. Beneficiaries include schools in our communities, American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and many others. Our employees participate in many ways, from running Relay for Life teams, to teaching Junior Achievement, building playhouses for Habitat for Humanity or supporting other local charities. Time to celebrate!

At Xilinx you’ll work hard, but you’ll play hard too. From annual Founders’ Day celebrations to summer picnics, we take time to celebrate. Many of our international sites also celebrate local customs, such as the Holi festival in India.
