Turbo Convolutional Code Lounge Registration
Access to the Xilinx Turbo Convolutional Code (TCC) Encoder and Decoder lounges is password protected. Passwords are available to licensed Turbo Convolutional Code LogiCORE™ IP customers. The lounges provide the most current information and design files for these products.

The sole purpose of the information provided in the lounge is to help you develop designs for Xilinx devices. Xilinx reserves the right to deny access to these lounges.
Licensing
During the lounge registration process, when you click to accept the Xilinx Core Site License Agreement for Turbo Codes, which includes this addendum, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this notice.
Notice Regarding Requirements and Patents held by France Telecom, TDF and GET with respect to the Turbo Codes Technology

France Telecom, for itself and certain other parties, claims certain intellectual property rights covering Turbo Cores technology, and has decided to license these rights under a licensing program called the Turbo Codes Licensing Program.  Supply of this IP core does not convey a license nor imply any right to use any Turbo Codes patents owned by France Telecom, TDF or GET.

Please contact France Telecom for information about its Turbo Codes Licensing Program at the following address:  France Telecom R&D, VAT/TURBOCODES, 28 rue Du General Lecierc, 92794 Issy Moulineaux, Cedex 9, France.

Furthermore, per the terms of the license agreement with Licensor, Xilinx is required to notify France Telecom of the name and address of all licensees of the cores identified above. Under the terms of the agreement, France Telecom agrees to keep such information confidential and to use it only in connection with its Turbo Codes Licensed Program.

Please be advised that Xilinx expressly disclaims any and all liability arising out of claims that may be made by France Telecom, GET and/or TDT against you in connection with the cores above based on patents or other intellectual property rights that are the subject of the Turbo Codes Licensed Program.

By clicking to accept the Xilinx Core Site License for cores with Turbo Codes, which includes this addendum, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this notice.

 

 

Ordering, Registration and Access Instructions

1 Ordering Information
You may purchase a license for the Turbo Convolutional Code (TCC) Encoder or Decoder cores through your local Xilinx sales representative. As part of the purchasing process you will be sent a Product Confirmation Letter with a Product Serial Number. This Product Serial Number is used to initiate the registration process. The pertinent part numbers are listed below

As part of the Turbo Convolutional Code Lounge registration flow you will be asked to accept the Xilinx Core Site License Agreement for Turbo Codes. You will need your Product Serial Number to complete the registration process.

The email address associated with your Xilinx.com account must also be a valid company email address in order for your registration to be approved.

3 Access Lounge

Once you receive approval to access the LogiCORE IP lounge, log in to the lounge using the Access Lounge button and generate a Full License Key for the Turbo Convolutional Encoder or Decoder core. The license keys must be installed on your machine to activate full access to the core(s).
