Xilinx allows you to perform Full System Hardware Evaluation
of the LogiCORE™ H.264 Deblocker IP core.
- Full System Hardware Evaluation
allows you to do everything you can do with the Fully Licensed
IP core, including configure place and route, simulate, estimate
timing, and program a Xilinx FPGA device. For
this core, the device programmed with the Hardware Evaluation
version of the core will cease to operate after 8 hours. The core
can be reactivated by re-programming the device.

the following ways:
- Run WebUpdate from the ISE Project Navigator
