As part of the XPS Ethernet Lite and Ethernet MAC Lite Lounge registration flow you will be asked to accept the  Xilinx Site License Agreement.
The purpose of the information provided in the lounges is to help you develop designs for Xilinx devices. Xilinx reserves the right to deny access to the LogiCORE™ IP Lounge.
