The Spartan®-3 PCI Express Starter Kit (S3PCIE) is a PCI Express PIPE LogiCORE™ IP development platform based on the Spartan-3 platform FPGA. Included with the purchase of the S3PCIE development kit is 90-day access to a Full System Hardware Evaluation version of the Xilinx PCI Express PIPE IP core:

Access the Spartan-3 PCI Express Starter Kit Full System Hardware Evaluation IP

After purchasing the Spartan-3 PCI Express PIPE Starter Kit, you will receive a design kit board purchase confirmation letter in the mail. At the bottom of the letter there will be a Product Lounge Registration ID number. If you did not receive your letter and need assistance, please contact your local Xilinx Sales Representative.

• Please Note: The Product Lounge Id number you will need to enter to complete the license key generation process may only be used for a single request. The ID allows you to generate a single 90-day license key for one Host ID.
• Download and Install the license key(s) as directed in the e-mail you will receive.
• Follow the standard instructions for Full System Hardware Evaluation of this core.
