After purchasing the Spartan-3 PCI Express PIPE Starter
Kit, you will receive a design kit board purchase confirmation
letter in the mail. At the bottom of the letter there will
be a Product Lounge Registration ID number. If you
did not receive your letter and need assistance, please
contact your local Xilinx
Sales Representative.

- Please Note: The Product Lounge Id number you will need
to enter to complete the license key generation process
may only be used for a single request. The
ID allows you to generate a single 90-day license
key for one Host ID.
- Download and Install the license key(s) as directed in the
e-mail you will receive.
- Follow the standard instructions for Full
System Hardware Evaluation of this core.
