Forcing Partitions
A Partition can be forced to re-implement. Even if the HDL source has not been modified and preserve is set to routing, this will force the Partition to be re-implemented. Changing a Partition trait on the instance only forces re-implementation of that one instance. Changing the module description would force a source change for all instances of that module.
  •  Force Synthesis Out-of-date
    The Synthesis and Implement Design process for a Partition are out of date and needs to be rerun.
  •  Force "Implement Design" Out-of-date
    The Implementation process for a Partition is out of date and needs to be rerun.
