The Package Pin Legend toolbar shows the special symbols and color coding used to represent the I/Os in your design. Special purpose pins are displayed in the Package Pin window according to the Package Pin Legend.
Select Legend from the Toolbars command in the View menu to open the Package Pin Legend.
