Use the Show I/O Banks command to display the I/O banks on your design's I/O pins. You can use this command in both the Device Architecture and Package Pins windows. Use the Resources tab in the Preferences dialog box to turn the Show I/O Banks option on or off.
Menu item: In the IOBs menu, click Show I/O Banks.
