JBits 3.0 SDK for Virtex-II

Overview

The JBits 3.0 SDK for Virtex-II contains class files to create Run Time Reconfigurable applications and tools using the Virtex-II architecture from Xilinx. JBits is an Application Program Interface (API) to the Xilinx configuration bitstream. This API permits Java applications to dynamically modify Xilinx Virtex-II bitstreams. The advantage of this approach is primarily one of speed. Java programs performing such reconfigurations can be compiled and run very quickly. JBits may be used as a stand-alone tool or as a base to produce other tools.

Register

In order to use JBits 3.0 SDK for Virtex-II, we ask that you first register with us. Registration allows Xilinx to monitor the software demand and provide update notifications, if desired.
