The Gimme2 Stereovision System is based on the Xilinx Zynq-7000 Extensible Processing Platform (EPP) and hosts a variety of devices and interfaces. The Xilinx Zynq (FPGA with integrated ARM Cortex-A9 Dual-Core CPU) is connected to two 10MP CMOS Camera Chips from Omnivision, placed at the bottom side of the board. Together with the two independent DDR3 memory interfaces, the Gimme2 is ideal for high bandwidth image processing and stereovision applications. For a seamless and easy system integration user interfaces like Gigabit Ethernet und USB2.0 are offered. The ruggedly designed Gimme2 board measures 130mm x 82mm and makes it ideal for a wide range of embedded applications.
