ML52x platforms are available with XC5VLX50T-FF665 (ML521), XC5VLX110T-FF1136 (ML523), XC5VLX330T-FF1738, XC5VFX100T-FF1136CES (ML523 FXT), and XC5VFX200T-FF1738CES (ML525 FXT) FPGA device.
