The new XtremeDSP DSP48E1 slice in our flagship Virtex-6 SXT series facilitates faster and more optimized DSP functions. Virtex-6 SXT devices deliver the highest performance for performance-centric or multi-channel solutions.

The Virtex-6 SXT platform meets the ultra-high digital signal processing (DSP) bandwidth and lower system-cost requirements of next-generation wireless, military/aerospace and multi-media video applications:

Spartan-6 LXT Devices – Breakthrough Price/Performance

The Spartan-6 LXT family is optimized for low-cost DSP and memory with high-speed serial connectivity.  Building on the successful Spartan-3A DSP device architecture the Spartan-6 LXT not only provide greater DSP processing bandwidth and lower power but now includes up to eight dedicated high-speed serial transceivers, a PCI Express Endpoint block and up to four memory controller blocks.

This device targets a wide range of price and power sensitive high-volume applications wireless digital front-end (DFE) and baseband solutions in a single-channel pico-cell wireless base station, military mobile software-defined radios (SDRs), ultrasound systems, automotive driver assistance/media systems, video analytics and Smart IP cameras:
