This LogiCORE™ IP core is included at no additional charge with either the Xilinx ISE® CORE Generator™ or EDK software. Full access to the core, including bitstream generation capability requires that you generate and install a Full FLEXlm License Key.
Before Licensing your Core, install and apply all required software and IP updates to the ISE Design Suite product.

If you are the Xilinx Licensing Account Admin for your site
- Navigate to the Xilinx.com Product Download and Licensing site and sign in.
- For CORE Generator IP cores:
- Start up the ISE CORE Generator software and use the keyword search capability to locate and start using the core.
- For EDK IP Cores:
- Start up EDK and add the core to your system following the instructions in the EDK user documentation.
If you are not the Xilinx Licensing Account Admin for your site
- Contact your license administrator to ask to be added as an end user to the Product Licensing Account for your site, then follow the steps above
