Xilinx has converted its quality management system certification from the ISO 9001:1994 to the latest edition of ISO 9001:2000. The registration certificate is found below.

Xilinx also conforms to the telecommunications industry "single" standard to reduce costs for stakeholders and reinforce commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement. This registration was added to our existing ISO9001:2000 certification in January, 2004.

Xilinx conforms to the automotive industry standard ISO/TS 16949:2002 which reduces stakeholder costs, reinforces its commitment to customer satisfaction, and leverage its continuous quality improvement efforts. More information

Xilinx has achieved full QML certification, demonstrating that quality management, procedures, processes, and controls are in place and comply with MIL-PRF-38535, the performance specification used by the Departments of Defense for hybrid microcircuits. QML certification is an example of Xilinx' commitment to supplying the highest quality products for high-reliability, military, and aerospace applications.

Responsible environmental stewardship is a high priority at Xilinx. Compliance with local government authority is the basic minimum requirement for all Xilinx sites. An additional tool utilized to meet Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) goals is the ISO environmental management system certification ISO14001:1996. Registration certificates are found below.

Sony Green Partner Certification

Xilinx' commitment to earth friendly solutions was recognized by Sony Corp, which named Xilinx as one of its Green Partners in early September 2003. Sony established the Sony Green Partner Standards in July 2001 with the aim of encouraging suppliers to introduce "green" environmental management systems. The qualification is based on Xilinx meeting Sony's requirements for reduced use of environmentally sensitive related substances. More information
