Xilinx Quality Automotive Products Meet AEC-Q100 Qualification Flow and PPAP Documentation Requirements
Xilinx has announced the Xilinx Automotive (XA) Product Family, a new line of select FPGA, CPLD and configuration devices designed specifically to meet the strict requirements set by the Automotive Industry. As the new XA line rolls out, it will be the only programmable logic family in the industry designed to meet the rigorous requirements of the Automotive Electronics Council AEC-Q100 qualification flow, along with having readily available PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation available. Xilinx Announces Plans to Pursue Registration to ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Industry Quality Standard
Xilinx plans to conform to this automotive industry standard to reduce stakeholder costs, reinforce its commitment to customer satisfaction, and leverage its continuous quality improvement efforts.
