Partner 2003 By ZTE Corporation in China

BEIJING, CHINA, April 28, 2004 – Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX), the
world’s leading programmable logic supplier, today announced it received
the prestigious “Best Global Partner 2003” award by ZTE Corporation, the
largest listed telecom manufacturer in China. The award recognized
Xilinx’s leading technology and products, excellent logistics support
and quality customer services, which provide greater flexibility and
reduce time to market for customer's products.
The “Best Global Partner” award is decided annually by ZTE’s various
departments including R&D, sourcing, quality control and manufacturing,
to recognize the contributions of suppliers based on their products and
services. Xilinx was the only programmable logic company selected this
year.
