  Provides Xilinx legacy PROM product name and specifications for Virtex FPGAs.

• Legacy PROMs for Spartan™ FPGAs
  Provides Xilinx legacy PROM product name and specifications for Spartan FPGAs.

With up to 16 Mb in configuration memory this solution provides a one-chip configuration solution for Xilinx FPGAs.

The XC17V00 serial/parallel PROM family is based on our proven, one-time programmable architecture that provides a highly-reliable one-chip configuration solution offering the following features:

• 1-Mb to 16-Mb densities
• Simple, fast, serial FPGA interface that requires only one user I/O pin
• Parallel configuration up to 264 Mbps (XC17V16 and XC17V08 only)
• Available in DIP, SOIC, VOIC, VQFP, and PLCC
• Low-power CMOS floating gate process
• Programming using the HW-130 Programmer
• Programming support by leading programmer manufacturers
• Cascadable for storing longer or multiple bitstreams
