Xilinx 7 series FPGAs deliver the highest aggregate bandwidth in the industry with up to 2.78 Tb/s. Our largest FPGA, with up to 96 13.1 Gb/s transceivers, delivers more bandwidth than any competing device.
Xilinx FPGA serial transceivers are the most widely used in the market. This integrated portfolio of reliable transceivers spans up to 28.05 Gb/s and provides the industry’s best serial signal integrity. Utilizing our scalable optimized architecture, Xilinx 7 series FPGAs are ideally suited for advanced applications ranging from consumer to high-end networking. These applications are supported with a broad range of protocols.
There are four different transceiver types designed to address distinct requirements.
The table below shows the ranges supported within each family of devices for today’s applications.
| Features | Artix-7 | Kintex-7 | Virtex-7T | Virtex-7 XT | Virtex-7 HT |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Type | GTP | GTX | GTX | GTX/GTH | GTH/GTZ |
