SAN JOSE, Calif., February 12, 2002, - Xilinx, Inc., (NASDAQ:XLNX) today announced a joint collaboration with DigitalMentors, a leading supplier of e-learning and certification solutions, to provide the world’s first web e-learning center dedicated to home networking and digital video industries.  The new e-learning center features a library of more than 100 segments and is designed for technology professionals, infrastructure operators, and device manufacturers, who want to learn more about the evolving home networking and digital video markets.
