Veteran electronics industry editor to act as technical anchor

trade publication, will serve as the technical anchor for Programmable

About the Technical Anchor
In his role as technical anchor, Fuller will provide commentary
on the keynote and general sessions speeches as well as lead a
panel of industry experts discussing programmable IC architectures,
design tools and software development trends.
Fuller joined Electronic Engineering Times in 1992 as associate
editor for business and has worked in various editorial capacities
at the publication since then. He was named editor-in-chief in
October 2001. Fuller began his journalism career in 1983 with
United Press International (UPI) in Indianapolis. After serving
as Indiana Statehouse Bureau Chief and political reporter he transferred
to Rhode Island, eventually becoming bureau chief and state editor.
He left UPI in 1988 to become managing editor of the Providence
Business News and moved home to California in 1991 to serve in
the same capacity for the San Jose Business Journal. Fuller has
a bachelor's degree in English.
