XILINX SELLS LOW COST FPGAS THROUGH ONLINE STORE

Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX) today announced that the Xilinx Online
Store (www.xilinx.com) is now selling
Spartan-3 FPGAs, the world's lowest cost FPGAs. This new capability
adds an additional way for designers to purchase Xilinx products
& solutions. Currently three Spartan-3 devices (the 50Kgate
XC3S50, the 200Kgate XC3S200 and the 400Kgate XC3S400) can be purchased
through the Xilinx Online Store. More Spartan devices and package
options will be added following the initial introduction.
