Consistent architectural evolution has allowed Xilinx, third-party vendors and end-users, to perfect software tools and intellectual property (IP) implementations for the best performance and device utilization. Advantages of the variable-input LUT architecture are clearly demonstrated through the industry-leading performance and density of the Virtex® series.
