(NASDAQ: Xilinx) capped an impressive 2003 by being recognized by several top business and trade publications, and a preeminent semiconductor trade organization, with several awards and listings. Among the highlights for the market leader in programmable technology are:

• The Fabless Semiconductor Association named Xilinx as its most respected public company for the second year in a row, an award chosen by Xilinx' corporate peers, partners and suppliers;
• Forbes Magazine named Xilinx as one of its best Managed Companies, and the Best Managed Semiconductor Company;
• Fortune Magazine recognized Xilinx as one of "The Best 100 Companies to Work For" in the US, a list the company has placed in the top ten for three straight years;
