XILINX ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF A SECOND DISTRIBUTOR
IN ISRAEL
Weybridge, Surry UK, June 23, 2004 - Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ:XLNX)
today announced the appointment of IES Electronics Agencies, a subsidiary
of IES Electronics Industries Ltd as its new distributor and technical
representative. The agreement accentuates Xilinx' commitment to
providing new and existing customers with technical competence and
strong local expertise.
