ONLINE SERVICE AND SUPPORT FOR THIRD YEAR IN A ROW

Company's MySupport.Xilinx.com website wins "Ten Best Web Support Site of 2005"
from the Association of Support Professionals

SAN JOSE, Calif., May 11, 2005 - Xilinx, Inc. (NASDAQ: XLNX), the world's leading programmable logic supplier, today announced the company's technical support website, MySupport.xilinx.com, has won the "Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2005" award by the Association of Support Professionals (ASP) for the third year in a row. Web sites were evaluated in terms of design, knowledge base implementation and interactive features.

"It's no exaggeration to say that the Web has dramatically transformed the relationship between support customers and technology vendors," said Jeffrey Tarter, ASP executive director. To select the "Ten Best Web Support Sites of 2005" winners, a panel of judges with expertise in Web support design and implementation evaluated companies on 25 individual performance criteria. Sites were judged on overall usability, design, navigation, and knowledge base, as well as search implementation, interactive features, personalization and major site development. The 2005 winners include BEA Systems, Cisco Systems, Cognos, Interwoven, McKesson ECSG, Microsoft, RM, and Xilinx.
