3.1i Virtex PAR - A Dr. Watson error occurs during the routing of a design with RLOC'd MUXF5s

Keywords: PAR, Dr. Watson, MUXF5, RLOC, rpm

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
A Dr. watson error occurs when I am routing a design that contains RLOC'd MUXF5s. The mapper is correctly creating FG5s. If you unbind the RPM and floorplan everything, but the muxf5's, it will go through the tools with no errors.

The problem occurs because the power and ground nets found in macros by the router are incorrectly handled.

This problem is fixed in the latest 3.1i Service Pack, available at:
The first service pack containing the fix is 3.1i Service Pack 6.
