3.1i Virtex-II PAR - Routing from a BUFGMUX to the CLKIN of a DCM uses local routing causing a large skew.

Keywords: PAR, Virtex-II, routing, DCM, local, CLKIN, BUFGMUX

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
The CLKDV output of a DCM goes through a BUFG, and then is to route to the CLKIN of two other DCMs. One of the routes utilizes the Global Clock Tree, while the other utilizes many local lines. This causes a large skew issue.

This issue has been fixed in the 4.1i software, which was released in September, 2001.
