Keywords: index, range, negative, loop, generate, array

Urgency: Standard

General Description:
If I use negative numbers to describe an array, loop, generate, index, or similar statement, the following error message is reported:

FATAL_ERROR:Xst:listutil.c:508:1.14 - Data corruption (ListDelShift) - Bad Index Process will terminate.

To avoid this error, do not use negative numbers as indices in arrays, loops, generates, indexes, or similar statements.

NOTE: A fatal error will not occur in the 5.1i software, but an error message will state that negative indices are not supported.
