4.1i XDL - Config string generated by "xdl -ncd2xdl" only lists one route-thru when more may exist.

General Description:
When XDL is run with the "-ncd2xdl" switch to generate a netlist description of an NCD, the resulting netlist only contains one route-thru listed in a CLB/Slice configuration string, even in cases where multiple route-thrus existed in the CLB/Slice.
Specifically, this problem was found to affect the accuracy of a Perl script described in (Xilinx Answer 3813), which is used to detect output to output route-thrus in 4K designs.

This problem is fixed in the latest 4.2i Service Pack, available at:http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates.
The first service pack containing the fix is 4.2i Service Pack 1.
