Description

Keywords: Distributed Arithmetic Finite Impulse Response Filter, DA FIR, MAC FIR, multiply, accumulate, DDC, Digital Down Converter

When an invalid parameter is entered in the COE file for core generation, an error is reported. However, the error displays the coefficient values in decimal format, even if they are written in binary or other radix format.

This occurs in the following cores:

DA FIR v7.0 - v9.0
DDC v1.0
MAC FIR v1.0 - v5.1

Solution

This is a known issue that is not scheduled to be fixed.
