Solution

These BSDL files will be corrected and posted to
http://www.support.xilinx.com/support/mysupport.htm
as soon as possible. This Answer Record will be updated when the corrected BSDL files are available.

Meanwhile, you can correct the files by hand-modifying them as follows:
1. Identify the portion of the BSDL file that contains the error (the IDCODE_REGISTER attribute):
"XXXX" & (-- Version)
"1001011000001000" & (-- Part number)
"00001001001" & (-- Manufacturer's ID)
"1"; (-- Required by standard)

2. The error is on the second line (the "part number" portion of the IDCODE). The eighth bit should be a "1" instead of a "0":
"XXXX" & (-- Version)
"1001011100001000" & (-- Part number)
"00001001001" & (-- Manufacturer's ID)
"1"; (-- Required by standard)
