General Description:

I am running CORE Generator on a machine with a Japanese 106-character keyboard. When I use the "_" (underscore) character in a component name for a CORE Generator Core, "_" (underscore) character is displayed and interpreted as a "|" (pipe) character.

CORE Generator flags the "|" (pipe) character as illegal, and the core cannot be implemented.

How can I fix this problem?

Solution

To avoid this problem, convert the underscore from double binary mode (Nihongo mode) to the single mode (Hankaku mode).

Alternately, avoid using the "_" (underscore) character in your component names.
