Why does the RXCOMMADET output stay High for multiple cycles?
The RXCOMMADET and RXREALIGN outputs are originally generated in the RXRECCLK domain and are then re-synchronized to the RXUSRCLK2 domain. To ensure that asserted values are reliably brought out to the fabric regardless of data path width, relative clock phase, and frequencies, the pulse will be stretched and may stay High for multiple cycles.
