General Description:
The following warning appears in the PAR report on my MGT REFCLK frequency:
"WARNING:Timing:2719 - The clock ref_clk has a low pulse width of 5000 ps and a high pulse width of 5000 ps. This violates the pulse width of component mgt_comp/MGT which has a minimum low pulse width of 11258 ps and a minimum high pulse width of 11258 ps."
This warning appears multiple times, and it does not match the data sheet.
