The speed file version for Spartan-II has changed from 1.26 2002-11-01 to 1.27 2002-11-23. The speed file version for Spartan-IIE has also changed from 1.16 2002-11-01 to 1.17 2002-11-23.
Solution
These changes are available in the latest 5.1i Service Pack, available at:http://support.xilinx.com/support/techsup/sw_updates
The first service pack containing the change is 5.1i Service Pack 3.
Spartan-II and Spartan-IIE have been updated to production status, as no further changes to the timing are expected. The timing delay values are the same for 1.26 and 1.27 for Spartan-II and 1.16 and 1.17 for Spartan-IIE.
