General Description:
What is the maximum leakage current (Idk) when an XC9500XL or XC9500XV device is hot-swapped?

Solution

The maximum leakage current per pin (Idk) = +/- 150 microAmps (Commercial grade) or +/- 200 microAmps (Industrial grade) , provided that:

1. 0 < VCC < VCC max.
2. 0 < VCCIO < VCCIO max.
3. The Idk is in addition to the weak pull-up current that is enabled for all I/O until the device is configured.
