6.3i Incremental Design - MAP report states design is 100% guided, but area groups are still re-implemented

General Description:
In my design, MAP correctly reports that 100% of the slices are guided. However, it also reports that area groups require re-implementation. How can my design be 100% guided and still require re-implementation?
Solution
For a design to be 100% guided, the names of the design elements from the current design must match the names of the elements in the guide file. However, this does not check for changed equations in the elements (i.e., LUTs). Consequently, any equation changes for an element require re-implementation.
Additionally, this problem occurs if both the guide file and current design have range-less area groups.
