General Description:
Timing constraints are listed as "Met" or "Not Met" in the Summary report, but they are not mentioned at all in the Detail Timing report.

Solution

To work around this issue, re-run the timing analysis report in summary mode, or view the timing constraints using Timing Analyzer.

This will be fixed in a future design tools release.
