LogiCORE DA-FIR Filter - COREGen does not release the memory when generating large filters

When generating a 1024 tap DA-FIR filter with 32-bit input and output coefficients, COREGen requires excessive time to generate the filter. After the initial generation of the filter, COREGen does not release its memory for other applications unless the COREGen GUI is closed.
Also, subsequent IP CORE generation slows down and freezes.
