Information on Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) (as specified by JEDEC J-STD-020)MSL is a number between 1 and 7. Packages with a Level 1 MSL rating are the least sensitive to moisture, and packages with larger numbers are relatively more sensitive to moisture.
