Solution

You will need to download and install the following patch:

1. Download the System Generator for DSP 6.1.1.
http://www.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp

2. Install System Generator for DSP 6.1.1.

3. Download the patch:
http://www.xilinx.com/txpatches/pub/swhelp/coregen/xilinx6_2_jtag_cosim_patch.zip

4. Extract the ZIP file to your "$SYSGEN" install directory.
The default is "$MATLAB/toolbox/xilinx/".

5. Select Replace All when asked to overwrite files.
