General Description:
I have placed and routed my design, then opened it in Floorplanner using View/Edit Placed Design (Floorplanner) in ISE Project Navigator.

When I try click File -> Write Constraints in Floorplanner, the tool crashes with the following error:

"FATAL ERROR Gui Utilities: Win App ...."

However, I was able to write constraints on a previous iteration.

How can I add the new constraints to my UCF file?

To work around your problem, write the constraints to a constraint file other than your current UCF file. Thereafter, copy and paste the new constraints into the UCF file you will use to implement your design.

This problem has been fixed in the latest 6.2i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 6.2i Service Pack 2.
