General Description :
After loading a VCD file into XPower, a warning message similar to the following occurs:
"WARNING:Power:91 - Cannot change frequency of net clk200m_in to 200.00Mhz."
This problem has been fixed in the latest 6.3i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 6.3i Service Pack 1.
