General Description:
Configuration with the SVF or ACE file running at high TCK speed might result in configuration failure. iMPACT generates long RUNTEST TCK counts assuming TCK running at 1 MHz. If running TCK frequency faster than 1 MHz, you should modify accordingly any RUNTEST TCK counts over 1000.
iMPACT generates long RUNTEST TCK counts assuming TCK running at 1 MHz. If running TCK frequency faster than 1 MHz, you should modify accordingly any RUNTEST TCK counts over 1000. This should be taken care of, and the service pack will not account for any TCK frequency other than 1 MHz.
For Virtex-4 ES parts, it is critical to wait for a longer period of time for the current draw to subside.
This particular problem has been fixed in the latest 6.3i Service Pack available at:

The first service pack containing the fix is 6.3i Service Pack 2.
