General Description:
In 7.1i Synplify-HDL flow using ChipScope Inserter, the wrong netlist name is passed to ChipScope. Instead of passing the input netlist name "my_design.edn", it passes "my_design.ngc".

The NGCBuild program that is called by the ChipScope Core Inserter tool will look for the ".edn" extension after it fails to find the ".ngc" extension. ChipScope Inserter catches and corrects this problem.

This problem has been fixed in the latest 7.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 7.1i Service Pack 2
