7.1i MAP - STARTUP is incorrectly removed

General Description:
A problem was introduced in version 7.1i where STARTUP blocks are incorrectly trimmed from designs during the MAP phase.
Solution
This problem has been fixed in the latest 7.1i Service Pack available at:http://support.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 7.1i Service Pack 2.
Meanwhile, version 6.3i can be used to successfully run designs containing STARTUP blocks.
