General Description:
ISE 7.1i does not include the created libraries in a Synplify project. I can see the library in the Sources in Project window, but when the necessary project files are created, Synplify complains that it cannot find the library.

The only known work-around is to run Synplify standalone, creating an EDIF-based project flow in ISE using the Synplify EDIF file.

This problem has been fixed in the latest 7.1i Service Pack available at:
http://support.xilinx.com/xlnx/xil_sw_updates_home.jsp
The first service pack containing the fix is 7.1i Service Pack 2.
